Why a move costs less in Mirabel
We bill by the hour. In Mirabel, several of the things that eat hours downtown simply don't exist. Here's what that changes on your invoice.
The driveway is at the door
No meters, no borough permit, no truck parked 60 metres away. The truck backs into the driveway and every piece of furniture travels three metres instead of sixty. On an hourly invoice, that's the simplest saving there is.

The number one factor, everywhere: having everything packed and taped shut when the truck arrives. A client ready at 8 a.m. gets a noticeably shorter invoice than one finishing the kitchen while we load the living room.
